Terms and Support

These Terms apply to domain services provided by Padilla007 Domains ("we", "us"). Services include .PH domain registration/renewal, DNS management, WHOIS/contact updates, transfers, SSL enablement, and optional basic hosting/email/one-page websites.

Registrar of Record

For .PH domains, dotPH is the registry and Padilla007 Domains will act as partner/registrar-of-record unless otherwise stated. We do not represent ourselves as the dotPH registry. All registrations are subject to dotPH policies.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate registrant contact information and keep it updated
• Use domains lawfully and comply with acceptable use and anti-abuse rules
• Pay invoices on time to avoid suspension or expiration
• Back up website and email data; we are not responsible for content loss

Pricing and Billing

• Prices are published on our site and may change with registry fees
• Billing period is yearly unless otherwise specified
• Invoices are due upon receipt; late or unpaid invoices may lead to suspension or non-renewal

Renewals and Notifications

• We send renewal reminders 60, 30, 7, and 1 day(s) before expiry when practical
• You are responsible for ensuring contact accuracy and email deliverability
• Expired domains may be restorable during a grace period with additional fees

Transfers

• Transfers-in: provide domain details, proof of control, and required information
• Transfers-out: we follow registry policy and will not unreasonably withhold transfer

DNS and Changes

• DNS changes can take up to 24-48 hours to fully propagate
• We provide SPF/DKIM/DMARC guidance but do not guarantee third-party deliverability

Hosting and One-Page Sites

• Basic hosting and single-page sites are for small-business use with fair-use limits
• We may suggest upgrades if usage grows

Support and SLAs

• Business hours: Mon-Sat 09:00-18:00 PHT
• Channels: support@padilla007.com, help@sevenangelsmassage.com, phone/Viber/WhatsApp
• Initial response target: within 4 business hours; urgent DNS/renewal best-effort after hours

Refunds and Cancellations

• Domain registrations and renewals are generally non-refundable once processed
• Other services may be eligible for a pro-rated refund within 7 days if work has not been completed
• Chargebacks may result in suspension of services

Acceptable Use and Abuse

• No illegal content, phishing, spam, or malware
• We may suspend or disable DNS for abuse in line with registry rules and applicable law

Data and Privacy

• We process contact data to fulfill registrations and renewals
• We share required data with the registry and service providers per policy

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and will post the latest version with an effective date.
